Payment Terms:
All payments shall be made to Ehmke Manufacturing Company, Inc., with Mastercard or Visa credit cards only, for the products sold under this Agreement. UPS shipping charges are FOB Philadelphia, PA prepaid and added to the invoice. (unless otherwise specified)

Return Policy:
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization, contact our Customer Service department. If a product is being returned under a warranty issue, within one (1) year. Please provide the invoice number and a written description along with the item. It will be inspected under our Webb Gear Custom Bag Lifetime Warranty agreement. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for returns on blank Stock Bags.

Webb Gear Custom Bag Lifetime Warranty:
Webb Gear's ongoing commitment to superior quality and workmanship is backed by our lifetime warranty for all custom bags. Webb Gear insures all products will be delivered to our customers free of defects in material and /or workmanship. Any product found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at no cost to our customer. Warranty does not apply to items that are damaged from misuse, negligence or normal wear & tear.

Minimum Order Quantities:
The minimum quantity for Custom Bags is twelve (12) pieces. Reorders of less than twelve pieces will incur a premium charge of twenty percent (20%) additional for each bag with an absolute minimum of six (6) pieces. The minimum quantity for Stock Bags is twelve (12) pieces. Reorders of less than twelve pieces will incur a premium charge of twenty percent (20%) additional for each bag with an absolute minimum of six (6) pieces.
